Spots are a good size. Roads are wide. Nice laundry and rec room. Nice pool, basketball, and pickleball court. Views from the back area thar butts up against a farm field are nice, but not so much from the front, where there is an old mobile home park across the street.

This is a campground not a hotel. But the place was very clean. We were in off season so very quiet and not many people around. In fact never saw anyone. But the information and place was all ready and prepared for us.

Cabin was clean, the double bed had a bit of a slope to it which made it harder to sleep comfortably for my wife who's a light sleeper. Also the location is quite close to the interstate making it easy to get to but noisy for a campground.

It was our first time staying at a KOA and it we found a last minute tent site when it seemed like nothing else was available from Zion to Beaver…thank goodness! It was quiet, safe, the girls at the checkin desk were super nice and helpful, and the amenities were very clean. Would recommend!

This is a very good campground to use as a base camp to explore the Braver Utah area! The campground while older is clean and well maintained. The nightly charge was fair and the campsite was large enough for larger RV’s. The Staff is excellent and very friendly. We will stay at this location again.
