BEWARE.... prices on website is not correct.... charging $52.00 per night AND $5.00 charge for using credit cards. Worker was extremely helpful and kind. People in the park (90 % permanent) were nice and friendly.
Lived here for 2 years, had many problems with brent creeping on my wife. She would not leave the trailer unless i was home, same with TWO of my other neighbors. Brent had moved sex offender by us and i asked if we could move spots. His response was “if theres something you dont like about this park then park your family up and get out of here” he then proceeded to tell me how proud he was that he had 3 sex offenders in his park but only TWO were registered. Is he the third?? The bathrooms have mold and spiders everywhere. We are told to spray our own to remove the bugs. He has asked to watch me neighbor breast feed her newborn. He does not charge everyone the same price nor report is to BBB. If you are staying here beware of this. Feel free to reach out to me i do have videos of him acting crazy and getting confrontational with me. Also the water is ALL irrigation water
Brent is an amazing land lord! The park is well taken care of! Clean, quite and the other rv's are super friendly! There is no light pollution, so you can enjoy a beautiful stary night! Sunset on the hill side is beautiful! Rent is not too bad for a small park. Laundry room is clean and nice. Showers are clean and hot water for those chilly mornings. If you need a quite, friendly place to stay; definitely make a stay here !!!

End of January the mountains have snow but not here.
For about two weeks it got down between 32 Freezing 28 degrees at night once. Other then that winter above freezing. Beautiful, no jacket needed warm days. Photos from january thirtieth and then Fourth of July. All within a half mile of Zion West RV Park. Leeds Utah. 5 STARS
Beautiful scenic view! We originally booked 4 nights but have extended to 8. 😊 Brent is very nice and knowledgeable about the area and things to do. The park was easy to get to, despite what it looked like on Google maps. 44' toy hauler 5th wheel... No problems, plenty of room. Go see Zion while you are here, you won't regret it.
