The ladies in the office were very nice! The campground was clean, although the sites are a little on the short side. We couldn't park in our site because our 44' toy hauler took up the entire site. I was very disappointed that the hot tub was seasonal, especially since Sun Outdoors told us it would be open. I really feel that seeing as the main amenity (hot tub) was our big draw and the deciding factor was closed... that the price was too steep for our stay. It would be worth the price in the summer... But definitely not worth it in the winter. The playground is geared more towards 2nd grade and under, and the dog park is just red clay... So some kind of ground covering would be nice to help keep the pups from tracking in the clay. The park is in a good location if you're there to see national parks like we were.
Plenty of room to park and navigate our 44' toy hauler fifth wheel. Note you can hear the highway traffic noise, especially at night but just think of it as a sound machine... But other than that the area is quiet. At $30 a night full hook up, you can't beat it especially when traveling through... They have WiFi, restrooms, showers... we have our own so I didn't check them out. I did speak to the owner on the phone and they were very nice. Honor system pay if no one is in the office.
Easy to get into, but Very tight spots.. just a couple feet between you and your neighbor, but had a community kitchen, clean laundry rooms, weight room, playground. The pool felt slimy and wasn't the cleanest. Overall, it's a nice place to stop when traveling... It felt safe, but I was ready to leave at the end of the week we stayed. I would not hesitate to stay for a couple days when traveling through.
