Our rate reflects a Passport America discount - $120 weekly rate plus $13 (tax) & $14 (50 amp service).

This is smaller park with many full-time residents leaving a handful of spots available for 'travelers,' and they were nearly always full while we were camped. Reservations are made by phone (easy), and the owner and her camp hosts are helpful and accommodating.

The sites are relatively tight but level, and if we fit (including access to our garage) then most rigs shouldn't have any trouble. This is not a place you come for a ton of privacy, but we were perfectly comfortable and noise was never any issue. Utilities worked fine, and the park offers many communal areas (picnic area, fire pit, covered patio), plus laundry, bathroom, and showers. Overall, the park is quaint, well cared for, and friendly (we talked to more kind neighbors here than anywhere we've camped). This is less a commercial CG than it is a welcoming community.

The location is about 10-15 from all the amenities of Cedar City along with a reasonable drive to Zion, Bryce, and Cedar Breaks. There are even 2 nice hiking trails in town. Our Verizon service worked fine, as did their Wifi.

Great place to stay! Shade trees, two open patios, grills for your use, laundry room and even a sink to wash your dishes. Two AMAZING hikes within walking distance. Kanarra Falls and Spring Creek, both are breathtaking! After your hike enjoy a hot shower from a clean and updated restroom. There is a great restaurant down the street and only a ten minute drive to Cedar City. Gayle and Kevin are your hosts and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Loved our stay and enjoyed the quiet. We will be back!

Probably one of the most enjoyable stays we've had at any RV park in our travels. Gail is awesome and runs a beautiful and cozy little park here. Forgo the bigger parks that are too close to the interstate. Well worth the short drive out of the way to stay in this quiet little town. A lovely spot with really nice people at the foot of the falls which is an amazing hike.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Great little rv park. Very clean and affordable. The owner (Gail) is a sweetheart. Friendly and easy going. A few rules I appreciate. Quiet after 9:00 pm. Close to a Few fantastic hikes. Not a very big RV park BUT GREAT FOR THE PRICE. In the center of town right across from a nice little park with swings and slides for the kids. There are a few long term RV’ers. Everyone seemed very friendly. Small grass area where there were two or three tents set up. Nice little bbq area a and fire pit. A sink is provided to wash dishes. Restrooms and showers were very clean and Well kept. Laundry room was a great amenity to have available. Other campers in general seemed to enjoy this park. I know I did. If you’re looking for seclusion or to be away from everybody, you’re better off Boondocking. The town itself is small, maybe a Couple hundred people. The perfect place to get away from the city. Very impressed. Highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼
