What a surprise! Spacious room. Clean. Beautiful out back patio with tables, rock sculpture, human size chess game. Adjacent is a delicious Chinese food restaurant, Mandarin. There are a lot of other food and service places in walking distance. A park is across the street.

Good place. Flat screen TV, regular shower and toilet, open sinks and mirror

Very Clean & Felt Very Safe. The staff is friendly and accomdating. The locations is fantastic - close to resturants, SUU, shops, grocery stores, etc. It has a very nice patio with a fire pit. I always stay here in Cedar City.

Tesla Drivers, we chose this location specifically because they advertised they have 3 Tesla, 16kw destination chargers. They do not! They have 1 Clipper Creak charger with a J1772 plug. Luckily we have an adapter for our car. The other 2 "plugs" were gone, an empty post and a post with a 110 extension cord is all that's there and they were blocked by the facilities golf carts. The gentleman at the desk said they were told by someone that they weren't Tesla chargers but he had no idea there was a difference.

As for the hotel itself, the room was nice, clean, though a bit dated. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent. The grounds were pretty, lots of plantings. It was cold and windy the night we were there, and the patio area was closed. If we're ever in the area again we would consider staying there again.

Bait and switch with the other best western in town. Didn't honor the price. Had to pay a hundred more. Booked a room with a walk-in shower and a sitting area. The room had neither one. Also told they didn't have a room like that but when selecting a room the pictures showed a room like that. I was walking down the hall when housekeeping was doing the rooms and I saw a room like I booked, but when checking in she told me they didn't have rooms like that. I'm short and could barely get into to bed. If you 6t 5 no problem. The toilet was like using a toddler's size potty chair. Breakfast was rubber eggs a greasy hash browns. When taking a shower the plumbing makes this horrible sound. The heating and a/c was loud and made it hard to sleep. Walls are very thin. Major disappointment. If I had known I could have stayed at a nicer hotel for what I ended up paying. Changeing the price on you after you booked for a different price. Way not cool. Don't stay there, better places in town.

Great place! Great value. This is my second time at this hotel. I always appreciate the personal touch the staff shows to their guests. Little things like having the keys made in advance to warm greetings. The rooms are somewhat dated, but clean and comfortable. The location is quiet and nice. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Cedar City.
