This was our second year staying at Riverside Ranch and we will be back again next year. It is perfect because my mother-in-law can stay in a hotel room and we camp down at one of the tent sites. The grounds are well maintained, bathrooms clean, great complimentary breakfast and the woman that runs the show (Nichole) is AMAZING! She runs a tight ship but when she found out it was my birthday she helped my kids and family coordinate the best surprise birthday for me. I was over the moon shocked and very grateful for her kindness not only to me but especially to my children. She helped them bake me cupcakes and make cards for me. I will forever be grateful for her and make Riverside Ranch our go-to-spot for future camping trips!
This RV park is one of the few that are open after October 10th, which the area considers the “end of the season”. They stay open until almost the end of October. Nichol, the host is wonderful! There are full hookups, and we used the laundry facilities while staying. Their Wi-Fi was amazing (and we have stayed in a few places where the wifi was subpar). This park is located between Zion and Bryce Canyon (closer to Bryce). If you are a side-by-sider, you can drive your atv from the premises to the ditch roads by highway 12 and then go to your trails. If we find ourselves in this area, we will be staying here again!
I’d give this place more stars if I could.
I can’t remember the host/managers name but she is super lovely. Made us muffins to go (some of the best muffins I’ve ever had).
Great place to stay on route to the national parks.
Would love to come back!
The best place we've been during our first week ! Beautiful view and very nice welcoming :) we should have stayed 2 nights. Laundry on site. Best moment is at the breakfast when you can all eat on the same big table and talk to each other 👌 Take care !
More like a motel. Nicole, our host, was wonderful! We would come back
Breakfast had cereals, hard-boiled eggs, yogurts, bread, oj, and coffee. And well stocked. No bacon or scrambled eggs.
Room, Lone Ranger was small clean except the shower curtain. Walls were very thin and could hear our neighbors shower water and talking. Could use a few wall hooks to hang things. No TV Fairly priced.
