Feel right at home. In the city, yet doesn't feel like it.

The younger couple that I dealt with that answered after hours phone were very nice and friendly. Rented a campsite for the night. The mosquitoes were absolutely massive in size and quantity. I got devoured just setting up the tent at 10pm. Not impressed with the looks of the place. Just seems not well kept. One of the owners come up to me asking questions about who I payed and what I was doing. That would have been fine, but he never introduced himself until I told him after the 4th question to mind his own business, it's between me and the management. Then he stated he was partner the management. Words of advise to him. "Hellow, my name is -------- I am one of the managers here. Then start with the questions

Make sure any agreements involving rent are in writing. Verbal agreements aren't kept by management. The management is rude, and unprofessional. Cheering, and wooing as we left the park. Don't get mad at anyone who is friends with management. Management will put themselves in the business even when they don't belong in it.

great campground. Office was very helpful and kind. Big area to set up a tent. Bathroom facilities were clean. Theee Showers available. River right across to do some fishing, or kayaking. Boat ramp less than a minute away. No reservations required. They even offer veterans discount. This will be my place to camp from now on.
