I stayed here for 3 months in 2012 and am staying here now in 2024. I love this place. Has everything I need and is a good deal.

Really nice staff, and very clean bathrooms. With Really good water pressure, and heat.Happy to be staying here. Would recommend to anyone wanting a chill and relax environment, on the main hub of town.

I live here year round and Liz and all of her staff have always been nice down to earth non-judgemental patient people. If you had a problem while staying here then it was probably you who needs to rethink what you could've/ should've done differently to prevent getting yourself in that situation. This place is tolerant to alot of things...just saying.

This park feels like family to me... right on main drag so can get variety of transient traffic thru park. Great staff! Liz, manager is amazing, so is Deena in office. Conan and norm get things handled outside. The community is close knit and has returning snow birds coming back for last 1-25 years. Basic, easy in and out. Electric included in site rent. Rent a bit higher than some monthly rent elsewhere, but w/electric Inc its actually one of best deals around!

Nice park setup. Friendly.

My biggest complaint is the bathroom/shower facility. I don't know about the men's, but the women's is in desperate need of some TLC.

The ceiling tiles are stained with time, dirt and water. At one time the tiles must have been falling out because several have been screwed into place, rather than fix it properly someone thought a makeshift fix was more pleasing to the customers (not). The counter and toilet area is dated and I have seen a woman mopping and cleaning. The toilets look clean as well as the stained sink and counters. The showers seem to have plenty of hot water. Each of the four shower stalls have a door you can close. On the backside of the door is a single hook for your belongings. No bench. There are two plastic shower chairs available. If you're lucky enough to get the chair you at least have a seat for your stuff or to sit on if needed. The shower head is decent and includes a shower caddy that is hung on the shower head pipe. But those caddies are bent, rusted and barely hold small travel soap, shampoo and conditioner.

I don't understand why the owners have no pride in maintaining the bathroom facilities and making the the guests feel welcome in the facilities.

The campground is clean, easy to pull into a camp spot. No complaints for the outside.

Because the outside camping spaces are clean and the staff seems nice and friendly, I gave a 3 star rating based on the bathrooms. However, I'd give the bathrooms a 2 star rating for it's lack of care. And a 3 star rating for the cleanliness. The outside area would receive a 5 star rating.

...I've heard there is new management or maybe it's a new owner.
