Good place for overnight or a few days. 5 minutes to town. River access to fish, swim, or relax is down a short, steep trail in the middle of the rv park. Overall a quiet friendly place. Stayed here before and will continue to stay at River Rim when we’re in this area. Many great public fishing access spots starts a few miles upriver from this location.
Staying here for a few weeks while I'm traveling solo through the state. Dog friendly, river running nearby, and great customer service; what's not to like? The showers are amazing because let's be real, you could camp in the state parks and only get toilets that are basically holes in the ground. This place has running plumbing, cheap laundry, and hot water in the showers! Love it all. Certainly a gem in this town for sure.
Great location for access to hiking and Boina Vista. Owed and operated by a very nice man. He was very helpful and friendly. Lots of history behind a really nice bath house. Easy little walked down to the river where the fishing is great.
Secrete showers 🚿 😊 not many ppl know about, no crowds, very private $5.00 to shower as long as you like w perfectly hot temperature and full size bathroom to clean 🧼, big mirrors, changing room and laundry on site only $2 per huge load and $0.75 per huge load to dry. Owner and mangers are very friendly as are their doggies 🐶
This campground is not family friendly. It is designed for old people with giant campers that have everything you need inside the camper. The bathrooms were gross and in a sad state of repair with tape on cracks in the shower stalls. There was no hot water for a shower. The shower heads were so low that my son had to kneel in the shower stall the even attempt to get clean. The camp sites are very close with no real shade or grass. There’s no playground for kids. This place is not family friendly and it’s also overpriced for what you get. We didn’t stay the night and are in the process of trying to dispute the transaction to get a refund.
