Sites are not level. Too many trees and tight turns. They have a tree called "tree of shame" that lots of people have hit, and they don't take it down. Their water is off for the season, and they directed us to fill our fresh tank with non potable at the dump station.

Unfortunately we had to leave our stay quite early. We booked for an RV spot for several months. The spot we booked was not an acceptable winter site. However we did not get informed of this until after checking in, setting up, and being there overnight. We were moved to another spot that could barely accommodate our travel trailer. We were not informed at the time of reservation or checking in that all services and amenities are closed until next season. We were not informed that the rules within the written contract are selectively enforced. Dogs are left to run the park. We could not walk our dogs, on leash, without issues from other peoples dogs running across large areas to approach ourselves and our dogs. The staff is nice enough but did nothing to address our concerns. We paid for the month yet stayed 1 week, while we made other arrangements. This does not even include the overall run down shape of the park and basic RV site equipment. Even the winter sites have an oddly split water spot that is meant for multiple people to use while being told that if there is an issue you will be charged $400. Or the simple fact that if more than 2 washers are in use in the single laundry room available you will flood the drains. If we would have been informed of any of these facts we would have not booked this park.
