Great location- minutes from Moab/ Arches, also close to Dead Horse Point and Canyonlands. Sites we're clean with great views. I gave a 4 because WiFi was very poor- we paid for the upgraded service which didn't give better performance.

We were in the front row! Highly recommend that row if you can get it.

For a Sun Outdoors - this one needs a few final touches. Get rid of the old boarded up RV and move the trash so it’s not blocking stunning views. Some minor clean up and organization is all that’s needed. I would stay her again close to all the Parks (a mile to 4 miles). Close enough to downtown.

Loved this RV Park! The pool had great hours, wasn't too cold but cool enough to be refreshing, and had some shady spots to sit in if you didn't want to sit in the sunshine. The staff was very friendly and the bathrooms were clean. There were lots of off-road trails accessible right from the RV Park!

I stayed here in late October 2023 for 4 nights in one of the deluxe one bedroom cabins. At this time of year the grounds were quiet, about 25% full, and the nearby highway was not a disturbance at night when sleeping. The cabin has everything you need and nothing you don't. Plenty of outlets to charge devices, and the bed was quite comfortable. Appreciated being out of Moab a little ways but not too far. Staff was very friendly.
