Such a beautiful campground with great afternoon shade! Clean bathrooms and good fire rings. Mosquitos were so unbearable we had to cut out stay from 2 to 1 night. Swarms so bad you can barely do anything and my dog was absolutely miserable. Clothing, bug spray, and staying in the tent didn’t help much. Bummer because it is a beautiful site with amazing sunrise views.
Like the other reviews the mosquitos were sooo bad. We would have picked another site should we had known. (I didn’t read reviews lol) we were swarmed. We made dinner and had to eat it in the tent. I think they’re trying to keep them at bay because overnight a truck drove by and sprayed (were not positive but we believe this to be true). Gorgeous site though! Bathrooms were clean, not too busy. Quiet.
