Great hike with amazing view at the top!The beginning of the hike is mostly stairs, but the view at the top is definitely worth it! It has an easy to follow trail. The round trip is around 5.1 miles, it has an elevation of 816ft. I saw many families go with their kids, and get to the top, so it’s kids friendly! I also saw many people with dogs, so you can bring yours if you have one! I recommend going on October or November for the beautiful fall foliage and for the weather! and lastly this trail has a limited parking.
A wonderful viewpoint that is the first stop along the trail. There is good signage to get there and an open expanse of the beautiful trees below!
We love it. ❤️ enjoy the views, it's a wonderful sunset. The trail is 5.2 miles in total, climbing up and down, backpacking campgrounds, and busy parking lot.
