We had a family emergency and I am disabled (walk with a cane) the staff was very helpful from the get to the go! Rooms are nice and clean and beds are firm... Mini fridge, microwave, and a 4-cup coffee maker available for use. A/C works great but plan to walk in to it turned off. But there is a DQ right down to the right so chk. In turn on the air grab a treat and by the time you get back "frostie". All In all great little place to stay!

Kind of a hidden gem in the middle of nowhere. The rooms are dated but very clean and friendly staff. Very reasonably priced and located close to food and fuel.

If you're looking for a clean comfortable place to sleep in or near Albany you can't go wrong staying here. It's a good deal for the cost.

We arrived with reserved rooms… walk in and goodness thank goodness we brought us a fan. It was like 10x hotter inside than outside and it said it was 112 outside!!! We had to turn on a/c move an end table in front of ac and when we moved it we noticed a lot of bugs. Then the tub had bugs and the window sill. All dead thank goodness. Not alive at all. Under our pillows. We went and asked for a broom so we could sweep our room and they was so nice and said they would go do it. They did just where the end table use to be lol but that was the worse spot. We ended up buying another fan and thank goodness we did. We always take bleach and Lysol wipes and Lysol concentrate with us when we travel and it came in handy. We had our own blankets thank goodness. It was like our room hadn’t had anyone in it for months… pulled blankets back for bed the first night and yikes dead bugs. That’s why we take our own fitted sheet and blankets no matter where we go. Sprayed everything with Lysol earlier and keep all bags off the floor. They was kind and sweet and very apologetic but come on. Also I’m glad we had our own body wash stuff and hair shampoo and conditioner cause you get a round body soap size of a half dollar maybe & one shampoo and conditioner. No coke machines or snacks or nothing like that no complimentary breakfast. But a DQ close and a allsups convenience store right across the road.

Zero stars!! I’m as wind energy steerman (help transport steerable windmill components) I called once I knew we’d be parking in that area. She seemed nice enough, I asked about specials since I could potentially get the 14 other team members to come- none available, okay no problem, then later wanted to make sure I got a room close to the trucks I called back to reserve a room, can’t do that over the phone. I transport the drivers back/forth for food & showers and I had 2 that needed quick showers, this came up in conversation once I was in the office checking in. “Ohh yeah no, you can’t do that here” I’m sorry- what? It’s my room once you charge me- they’re not sleeping here. It was reiterated if they wanted to shower they would need their own separate rooms. Thanks but no thanks!!!
