We’re a small RV park that enjoys the peace & quiet of small town Mayberry RFD style life. Conveniently located near downtown shopping, but far enough from the hustle & bustle to be quiet. Only a block away is municipal Webb Park with an amazing swimming pool, sand pit volleyball, skate park, soccer field, softball field, grills & picnic tables. Kick your shoes off, sit a spell & enjoy the peace & quiet!
Overnight stay while passing through from Waco to Carlsbad. Really cute little town! Small & simple little place. Giving 5 stars because the owners are kind and accommodating and it was super quiet making for a great night sleep!
We were passing through and spotted this on the way. Best nights sleep we had in two weeks. It’s so quiet. Mike was very nice and even told us where we could get a perfect fit cowboy hat on the way back. Thank you.
The park is clean & small. Unfortunately, our sewer line is located near the nose of our Artic Wolf and Top Hands' sewer line was at the very rear of the lot. We didn't have enough sewer hose. Also, there isn't a public restroom. The owner was nice.
One of the best places i have ever stayed very clean nice gravel well kept to cutting grass and just having extremely nice owners regret having to leave oh and seveal garbage containers

Great place and good folks to deal with. Quietest park we've ever stayed in. Very nice pads with lots of parking room. We'll be back.
