From Huntsville: Take 565-East towards Scottsboro, turn left onto Moores Mill Road, turn right onto Winchester Road. Follow Winchester Road north. Approximately 3 miles past Buckhorn High School, turn left onto Coleman Road. Park is located on Coleman Road. From Hazel Green and areas North: Take Hwy 431/231 South, turn left onto Walker Lane. At the end of Walker Lane, turn right onto Butler Road. At the end of Butler Road, turn left onto Oscar Patterson Road. Turn left onto Coleman Road. Park is located on Coleman Road.
Was there for an educational event. Park was clean, well laid out, and not run down or off-putting. Very peaceful under the chesnut oaks by the pond.
Stayed here for a week. The park is relatively quiet and peaceful. The park is also clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. The older gentleman that checked us in was very nice as well. We recommend staying if considering.
Went for the shooting range. Range masters had excellent control of the firing lines. Had a great time.
Scottish Festival!! Good turnout of people, could've easily accommodated more. The games had the most competitors I've ever seen at one of these in Alabama. Was great to watch!! Should've been more food trucks. Only one😔
