Called to ask some questions about the park (monthly rent, etc.). The woman who answered the phone peppered me with questions about our unit (length, number of people, pets) and the refused to answer my questions, telling me that lots of people have questions and that she had someone waiting for her. Then she asked me when I wanted to come. When I politely told her that I wasn't coming until I got answers to my questions, she said "Don't come then," and hung up on me. It was the weirdest exchange. Is this how they would treat me as a paying customer? We'll never know, because we'll be taking our monthly business somewhere else where people are actually polite to their customers. Unbelievable!

We put down a deposit for a spot 2 weeks before arrival. When we got there, the spot we were told we were getting had another camper parked there. No one was at the office and no one answered the number posted on the front door. We attempted to just park in another spot but the water was off. After being there for over an hour with no answer, we had to find another campground and ended up being a lot further away. We came here for a family emergency after a tragic accident and this made the situation so much worse.

My husband ended up texting the phone number and finally got a response hours later. We got our deposit back and they offered a free two weeks. I won't be using it as it is apparent they are unorganized and untrustworthy.

I have been here for about 3 weeks now and I have to say that it is very clean, large sites, quite and the manager will and has gone above the call of duty. The pictures that are the aerial one's really don't capture the feel and beautiful trees within the park. Thank you and keep doing what you are doing.

We've been living here for a year now and have no complaints. We like it 🙂 just realized they've been charging a $35 "convince" fee to pay the rent every month. I didn't realize I was renting from ticket Master

New management is very helpful and accomodating. They were so helpful getting our trip planned and set up. When we first arrived the site wasn't exactly perfect for our camper, but with one phone call we were set up perfectly with no wait! Wealth of knowledge about the surrounding area as well. Friendly management and the community was safe, clean, and the people are very nice.
