My husband, our Cooper and I have been coming here for 8 years. Annette and her staff are always so pleasant, accommodating and helpful. They do a great job maintaining the grounds and facilities. Our experiences are always memorable and fun! We have met some amazing people and will continue to return year after year. The location is very convenient to the cute town of Luray and stores etc. Thank you Annette!! Always wonderful visiting and seeing you all.
We LOVED our stay in the Blue Bird Yurt. Right on the river, beautiful scenery and comfortable accommodations. Annette and Monica were so friendly and helpful! Tip for people who have booked: READ THE EMAIL. It is long but it has everything you could possibly want to know about the camp and the area. Most of your vacation research is complete because Annette has provided it all in the email. We can't wait to come back here!
Stayed in the Dancing Wolf yurt. Didn’t expect much, but was blown away by the size of the inside and the look of everything. Very cottage-y and cute. There was more than enough room for my mom, my two teens, and I. My daughter spent a lot of time swimming in the clear water. The bathroom wasn’t as nice as the yurt, but standard for a campground, which is to be expected. Very peaceful. We’ll definitely be staying here again.
Annette and Monica are so helpful and wonderful people. We had along girl's weekend in late August there. We stayed in the Hummingbird yurt, which was perfect. Monica took us around to see all the other yurts, each one was beautiful and charming. Annette and Monica are down to earth people. We loved being on the river and most of all tubing. It was peaceful and fun. This review is way over due. I am planning on a family trip soon mid-week.
This camp ground was quiet and peaceful and right on a river. My boyfriend and I were in the tenting area and it was great. Affordable! And the owner was very helpful with the sign up process and helpful with directions, thank you we will be coming back !!
