Zion Campground is a spacious piece of paradise that has been owned and operated by the Ferber family since 1973 when the adjoining Zion Canyon Campground and RV resort was founded by David Ferber. Our staff has explored the canyons and surrounding areas and can be quite helpful about where to go, what to wear and who to see for the outdoor adventure of a lifetime.
After a long day come back to your site and freshen up for dinner with a choice of more than a dozen local eateries from casual to upscale all within a shuttle from our campground. After dinner sit outside and watch the sunset under The Watchman, a truly breathtaking sight.
We only allow two pets in a site and they must be in an air-conditioned RV/Trailer. There are no pets allowed in tent sites or in sites in which the vehicle will not have air-conditioned being run all day.
In town 1/2 mi S of South entrance to Zion National Park on Hwy 9.
My family of four adults and one toddler stayed in this fabulous campground for two nights in our RV. We awoke in the mornings to the most beautiful setting of tall rock formations reflecting the sunrise. This campground is beautiful and well-kept. The bath house facilities were clean, convenient and comfortable. The camp store and laundry were just as convenient, clean, and well-apportioned. This campground is very conveniently located near the Zion Park Buses as well as near restaurants and stores. The employees were very friendly and customer-oriented. We had an amazing experience at Zion National Park, made possible by our stay at the wonderful Zion Canyon Camp Ground.
This is a very nice RV resort and the staff here is exceptional. It's a bit pricey but everything in Zion is a bit pricey ($19.99 for 24 pack of water, $9.99 for 2 pack of Zest soap at the local market.). The RV park is spotless and it is situated within walking distance of Zion National Park and the stores/restaurant. The free shuttles are great! The sites are very close together - the only negative.
Great experience. Great location, everything is close so you can either walk or take the shuttle. Beautiful property, good amount of trees. We didn't use the Bathrooms/Showers but they do require token for 6min shower. The maintenance man &front desk were both friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
This RV campground is the best one I’ve ever stayed at. I came here with my bumper pull trailer along with my wife and three kids. My brother and his three kids also got another site. During the day we were able to float in the virgin river next to the campground, and there were a great selection of restaurants around for dinner. I will definitely be coming back every year from here on out.
My family and I camped here over the Thanksgiving holiday. What a wonder experience. My spot was one of the river spots and it was incredible going to sleep with the sound of the river. Bathrooms and showers are kept very clean. Views surround the camp of red canyon cliffs. Wonderful that the town shuttle stops right at the front of the resort entrance. Walking distance to downtown area and local restaurants. I'll definitely be coming here again next time I come to Zion.
