"Campground" is a deceiving definition for this place if you actually want to spend time outside. It's more of a place to pull in hook up and stay in your camper. The lot is a gravel drive with a thin strip of grass where the hook ups are. If that's all you are looking for it's great. Bath house was clean

I stayed for a week. The weekly price was very reasonable. This is a well maintained RV park close to the freeway. The is a Walmart less than a 1/4 mile away and every possible restaurant you could want within walking sistance or a very short drive; i.e. KFC/Taco Bell, Taco John, Wendy's, Arby's, Starbucks, Runza, and you can even get Cinnabon at the gas station at the end of the drive. The campground is gravel and grass. Well maintained. Has a laundry (3 machines of each) and a showers (6) & restroom. Although it's right by the freeway it was very quiet. The spaces are good for rigs up to 70' and are very level, I only had to adjust maybe an inch. There are a number of longterm residents but they're sites are very neat. The only drawback for some might be that there's not a lot of space between sites, maybe 4 to 6 feet. But unless they're full for longer stays they try to leave a space between you and the next RV.

After reading the reviews, I am astounded that our experience is not at all the same, we were about 30 miles out around 2:45pm, we tried calling to verify the spot we pre booked 3 weeks ago, all 3 numbers and no answer, upon arriving at the entrance, there is a 8” deep, 8’ wide hole in the road, this was just the beginning of the huge mud pits all through the park, when we arrived we noticed the main building had NO lights on, so my wife jumped out to help make sure our spot we prebooked was not in a mud hole, she went up to the office and noticed someone in there, sitting there in the pitch dark office. The attendant immediately flipped out telling my wife to stop me, they gave my spot to someone else. After checking out the spot I was supposed to move to. There is now way of departing that spot with out going through absolute mud. We have a 43’ Motorhome which we do appreciate keeping clean and expected a different experience for sure based on the reviews. The property roads are in severe disrepair. On a positive note, the 240v poles are equal, water pressure was good, and the sewer was easy access.
