We stayed at Under canvas west Yellowstone for 7 nights. The campsite was immaculate, food was great and the service was great even though we noticed the restaurant was short staffed. I would only recommend a more variable food menu although I imagine most people don’t stay at the camp for an entire week. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating to our family (we travelled with a 2.5 yo and 1 yo). The campsite was a short drive from the West Yellowstone entrance. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to others!

A lot of fun! It was nice to glamp with an affordable price tag. If you're not up for making your own fire to keep your tent warm this isn't the place for you.

I would change:

food availability, eating places, options. It's quite limited all around and we couldn't get into the restaurant the time we tried.

We stayed here after Labor Day weekend.

The location was amazing and serene. We could see Milky Way. The only problem was food. We wanted to cook things for one meal for our toddler. When we asked about the cooking facilities before our stay, they told us that communal cooking area was available and then when we went there , there was no such thing. Restaurants around were not good, and the in-house restaurant was worse. They reimbursed some amount due to this inconvenience. But the stay was not perfect like we imagined.

The location was amazing! The view was breathtaking in the mornings. Accommodations were great. The facilities in the tent were great. It got a bit chilly in the morning (38) but the wood burning stove did a great job. It was a great experience that we will always cherish.

This hotel gives you all the best parts of camping without the worst parts. We had a great 4 night stay here in early September. The tents and facilities were well maintained and the staff was super helpful and nice. Really appreciated that we could reach hotel staff by text message.

One negative was that the restaurant has limited food choices, but that may have been because we came at the end of the season.
