Was so glad to see a motel!! Long stretch without any and getting late. Older motel in need of some repairs but clean and quiet.
I got stuck on I-15 due to weather closures and stayed here. I read a lot of reviews for this motel, ranging from one star to five. I wonder if those who gave it one star expecting something better. For those who gave it five stars, I wonder if they should travel a bit more. When the highway is closed and it's too cold to camp, this is a fine overnight place. But it is an old road-side hotel with no upgrades or updates - so expect old carpet, furnishings and bathroom. The room was heated and the bed was clean, though, and that was the important part for me for the night.
It was getting late and we found this place. The guy at the front desk, despite us waking him up, was very friendly. It's an old motel. It was warm, clean and quiet. Great value.
Nice motel while traveling. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Mike was gracious and waited for a rather late check-in.
We have stayed there in 2019, 2021 and 2023. Initially the rooms were just dated but it seems like maintenance on the rooms has gone down hill. The last time there was only one dryer operating in the laundry area and the place was a construction mess. The tiles on the bathroom floor kept sticking to my feet and coming up off the floor. I lubed the key hole on our door as I could barely operate the lock otherwise. Hopefully it can turn the corner as it was a really nice place to stay.
