Hated it, the trip from here to wyoming suck just as much as the park, trash everywhere, and the hikes were so hard, 43 and the worst place I have hiked.

Not enough parking space in my opinion, we had a hard time finding a spot when we went. But the hiking and camping are great!

Always crowded, especially on holiday weekends. The road can get pretty washboarded and rough towards the end. There's a pit toilet and the trailhead is clearly marked. Also has a stock campground.

Small campground, pit toilet is at the trailhead. Most people backpack or rock climb. But there are lots of day hikes that can be done from this trailhead/ campground. I would only recommend tent or rugged trailers.

If hiking is your main objective, this is the place. There are plenty of hiking trails to explore the Winds. I came here on Tuesday and the camp ground was empty, parking lot was packed though. Most people come here to hike and park on the trailhead free. But if you are campers with big RV and stay in your rig most of the time, this place is not for you. There is no cell service, hook-up and trash disposal. The last 10 miles of dirt road is a challenge for most cars, SUV or high ground clearance vehicles recommended. I made it with my AWD Minivan and I saw a Prius parked next to my campsite. This is the most popular trailhead in Wyoming as far as I know but I will come back again in the future.
