Can't say enough good things about our stay with Leroy & Leanne. We stopped in after a long day on the road. We were desperate for a place to stay. Leroy came to our rescue & squeezed us in his last spot available. The shower & restroom area was the nicest we've seen at a campground. The laundry facilities were clean& reasonably priced. We met Leanne right before we left out. Leroy & Leanne are both so friendly. Highly recommend you staying here!

Don't pay any attention to negative comments about the owners or this place. It's a great little place and I'll be back to stay here again. It's located right on the Encampment River. There are plenty of trees for shade. There are two dining/drinking establishments located across the street and a general store is within walking distance too.

Great campground for motorcycles. We often ride up here from Fort Collins, it's a great ride through the mountains. They have an awesome grass tent area. Great bathrooms and showers. Cheap and well worth it. Highly recommended!

I came through and stayed one night in a tent on my bike tour this summer. I loved the showers (super clean and homey) and the common area with the laundry facilities etc. The price was very reasonable and the owners were super nice. It rained buckets that afternoon and I got my tent up just in time, and then hung out for quite awhile in the laundry area charging up and reading. Very nice place.
