Fun little park and waterfall that was an easy hike to get to. It was a short distance and the wood and stone stairs made the hill climb very easy.

A picture can say a thousand words. The time I shared at this waterfall will be carried with me until I die.

I went mid-late spring. ** be prepared** dowload an offline map. Service gets pretty scarce.

The Thunder River at Veteran's Park is extremely cold maintains a regular 55 to 65 degree temperature. But on a Hot 90 degree day it is perfect for cooling off. Just be sure you get the Marinette County park pass because the fine is expensive. The trip down to the area below the Falls is treacherous come with good Footwear in order to Traverse the trail.

Beautiful, pristine Marinette County Park. New viewing deck makes it easier to take in spectacular views of the falls and surrounding forest. Trails are a bit steep, rocky and filled with tree roots in some areas, without handrails. However, the main trail to the falls is manageable for most people who are in good health. Wear appropriate shoes and don't forget your camera!

Great scenery. The kids loved playing in the falls and walking around in the water. A highlight was drinking from the old well up by the small playground.
