Located approx 3 miles south of Spring Hill and 2.5 miles north of New Port Richey. From US 19 N from New Port Richey, FL - go 1/2 block N of Denton Ave and park is on the right. From US 19 S from Spring Hill, Fl - go 1/4 mile past Little Rd. Park is located on the left.
I just moved in here. Sites are very small, and very hard to find a shady spot. But it's all I need (except I wish there was more shade).
There is a pool, laundry, clubhouse and more. 2 different neighbors came over and helped me set up, which was ever so nice, especially in this heat. Considering all the families and kids here, it's so far very quiet.
I'm a happy camper, still getting organized..
I have been here since 9/2020 and have absolutely loved calling this place home. Everything was just perfect for me as a single older woman. Affordable, and safe. I really thought I would be here for many many more years but ive been told to leave by the end of November because of the company that visits me from time to time. At the beginning of the year I was told I could stay if my boyfriend moved out and he did and is now my ex but apparently he cant come visit me either. I dont understand ive paid my rent on time every month ive been here and my ex isnt a sex criminal of any sort and he lived here for two years before they made me throw him out (they didnt even have to spend the money to evict him they just made me be the bad guy). I just dont understand why i have to leave when ive done nothing wrong. I love my rv I love my lot here at Winter Paradise...now do I leave at the end of November or do I let the judge here my side in an eviction hearing?
Everyone there was wonderful. The office people were accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable and always had a smile on their face. If I have to stay in this area again, I will definitely stay there. Very reasonable prices on the lots for someone that is not local.
Customer service was horrible for my experience. Lady who called me had the worst attitude. she didn't want to help me or answer my questions without a snoody remark. Really dissatisfied as I found a nicer establishment. Despite my better judgment I decided to drive by the facility just to make sure I wasn't missing out ,let me tell you do not waste your time unless you want drug addict neighbors or stray cats everywhere. Trash in a lot of peoples "yard" if that's what you want to call it.. I don't usually leave reviews like this at all but this place takes the cake.
