Beautiful grounds and landscaping! I was a little confused to see a security gate at the front when all they have surrounding the property is a 3 bar white livestock fence. The illusion of security is certainly there but the property is not secure. Very friendly front gate person. I was a passenger, so that's all I saw.

We started out as renters and bought our own site the same season! We love the quiet, relaxed style of living here at the Grande. If you can't find an activity to participate in, then you just aren't looking!! We are all family and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. We have no noise, no traffic, and our neighbors are cows! It doesn't get any better than this!!

This is an amazing facility, but it’s in the middle of nowhere. We stayed a few days and enjoyed the RV park. The sites are large, I’m number are available to purchase, either from the developer or from existing owners. Apparently you must contract for any improvements to the site through the developer,And the developer has not had any contractors to work with for four years. The main facility is fantastic, with large meeting rooms and the great Hall. The bathrooms are as good as you can get, and always very clean. If it was near any place worth visiting I would love to stay here. The best bet is for snowbirds who just want to get out of the cold.

We rented a site in November, and liked the resort so well we purchased our very own lot with Suite in February. Everyone here welcomed us with open arms. There are a lot of activities to keep you entertained. Clubhouse, pool, and spa are very spacious and beautiful. We enjoy local dining spots in Webster. No Traffic or noise the resort is very relaxing.

We are going to be here for about 7weeks it's a little out of the way, but we like it that way. We are about 40 minutes away from the Gulf beaches and the same from Disney. Big pool and the main building has a few amenities. But being here in the off-season a lot of things are quiet then how they are during the busy season during the winter.
