I was very excited to go back after many years of visiting Will Roger’s homestead. I was disappointed in the details of keeping up the home and directions that are posted at the home. Please spend time updating the signage’s that are peeling off the boards, rotten board hanging from home top balcony. The inside could be cleaned there was a died wasp on the bedspread on the parents bed. I know some may look at this as being picky but paying attention to detail is important when you are in charge of something that has been given to you for supervision.

This was a very pleasant experience. My sister and I were the only people there. There were three friendly cats, a vocal cockeral, and several goats. Only the ground floor is open. It's well maintained and reminds me of old Western movies.

A well taken care of piece of history.

Great to see it having animals still on the ranch.

The view from the porch is devine.

Absolutely a must see. It's a relaxed environment with all original furniture and settings. Definitely an important piece of history then stop by his burial place in Claremore, OK. It makes for an interesting day out!

Admission is free! It's a wonderful little piece of Oklahoma history and a work in progress. Jared did a great job standing in as museum curator. We're looking forward to seeing this again after the restoration is completed.
