This camp spot is connected with our 3 Bedroom Vacation rental home near 30A and walking distance to the beach. In the past the camp site was available by itself while the house was being renovated. The house is now completed and being rented for Short term vacation. Because of that the camper site is no longer available on it's on, only as an add-on when renting the house. The house does include a heated and cooled pool. 4 bikes for the renters use and much more. For more information you can go to https://www.beachluxuryvacations.com/469567/
Thank you!
We called about their cabin rentals and they want $2,200/month....no wonder they are empty...you'd think they'd lower their rates and rent them, rather than charge too much and have them empty...but some rich person will pay it...sad sad world we live in...
This resort was everything we could have asked for and made our staycation 100% worth it. The owners were so kind and very helpful. Originally, we were staying in cabin #3 for a weekend and decided to extend our stay not once but twice. Mark and Jessica, the owners, were so nice to move us from cabin #3, which was amazing to a two bedroom, and all we can say is, wow, what a beautiful and clean cabin #42 was. Our son never wanted to leave, and honestly, we didn't either. Thank you for the great hospitality and lifelong memories. We will be back!

The place is right on the river. Love seeing and experiencing the airboats going down the river during the day.
Place is really quiet and kept up!
Cabins are amazing and are super comfy. Feels like home here.
You're close enough to town if you need to get groceries or want to go out.
This place is a hidden gem! The people who run the park will go outta there way to make your stay as wonderful as possible....
They even have long term spots for campers and you can also rent the cabins!
Definitely grateful to have found this place!
We tent camped on their Discovery 'Island', which isn't an island at all. It does require a walk over a small bridge, but it's just over swamp, not water. There's green slime covered swamp/water behind the tent sites, so beware if you have toddlers that wander off. You have to park & haul your stuff over that bridge & down a lane a bit to get to your site. They do have golf carts available to rent for $50 per 24 hours for your convenience. My biggest complaint is the road noise! I didn't sleep at all the first night! The 2nd night, my friend had ear plugs, but they didn't help at all! I still heard the noise from the big 4 lane highway this campground is on. Then, both nights, there were airplanes flying VERY LOW overhead & maybe even an airboat. We had booked 3 of the 4 sites. It might've been very awkward if someone else had that 4th site, though, considering the shared facilities. The place was clean & had most modern conveniences, such as a coffee pot, nice 2 burner hot plate, a microwave, a dorm fridge, a nice big covered pavillion with about 4 big picnic tables, 2 ceiling fans, multiple electrical outlets, a stand up charcoal grill, a great firepit with 3 benches around it, nice pots & pans, a sink & a bathroom with a normal single shower & good water pressure with hot water. It would've been quite difficult to coordinate meal prep & shower times if there were other campers! The jon boats available to rent looked pretty rough, so we rented a pontoon in Crystal River. The clubhouse has a mini gym, a pool table, some board games, a ping pong table, a full bookshelf & a video game with lots of popular games to choose from for .25. There’s also a nice playground & laundry facilities. There's wooden platforms that your tents go on. It's pretty easy to put your tent stakes between the planks. I won’t be back though, because of the road noise.
When it rained it smelled like mold the rest of the time. Really bad. Took a month to feel better after staying here. The sheets were dirty when we got in bed the first night. The day before we left had to get new tires because of a nail it one. No kayaks one old canoe and no where to use them unless you like kayaking in a gator swamp. The last day we saw that the backside of the cabin was like quick sand mud. Oh yeah and the road noise is so loud you can't talk on the porch. Dirty. Save your money.
