We booked in July of 2023 for February of 24. Found out, not from the staff but from other residents that the pool and hot tubs had not been open nice November. We feel we should have been told that information prior to our arrival so we would have been able to find a different park. No compensation has been made to the residents here. We will not be back next year.

This used to be a nice park. I understand it was sold or at least has new management. The pool has been closed all winter and the manager acts like they are clueless. We only see someone working on it one or two days a month. Poor management! I wonder if they just don’t want to pay the heating cost? The place is about 70% full and a lot of park models for sale. That should tell you something. They charge $10 to get a card for washers. That’s just a card, not the cost of the machines. The people we know have left and went to other parks. The amenities are run down and poorly managed. The dog park is joke; actually a retention pond. I expect this place to go under if they don’t change. We will not be returning!

We have been here since Dec 2023 and pool and hot tub are still not open and the 2 newer showers and bathrooms are not available. Laundromat is old and small. Kitchen and main hall need updating including new and padded chairs for older people. There is a $20 fee per month fir electric use plus monthly amount. MGMT will not allow park model rentals anymore. The residents are great folk from all over and spend 2 to 4 months here.normally.we would not recommend this park to anyone.

I think we might come back here next year if we come down. Just about everyone seems friendly. Crafts, get-togethers for meals and Happy hour etc. We have never stayed in one spot for this long but I'm fine with that. My only complaint is my new TV in my 2024 Cougar has interface. Thinking it's the sub station on the corner maybe.
