It's ok pools a little dirty, jakuzze filter broken nasty. An shower take 10 mins to get warm after. People are respectful an ok, but if you can read the lines... They drink to much of the coolaid... Like the faculty movie.

The lady that answered the phone, told me they were closed during the week. And then I could not come in with my fifth wheel. She asked me my nationality and instantly told me they had no spaces available. I have personally drove an in and know they have spaces available. The new discrimination was still alive and well in Arizona. I'm moving on to a different state.

IIIMy wife and I bought a parkmodel in 2007 and enjoyed the way the park was managed. The owner and management were very nice and friendly. The residents are very nice and friendly people and fun to be around. The park was sold a few years ago and things changed and not for the better. If you would have a concern about something talking to the manager or the owners got you no where. As time went by things got worse. . The owners started nit picking the way parkmodels were kept up.. we sold in March 2022 and would not go back
