Awesome staff and a really nice area for a family vacation. Close enough to a city to not be inconvenient either. Rentals available for anything you can think of and they have a little restaruant.
Great Staff, beautiful location, nice facilities! A hidden gem. RV spots are tight but the rest of the park makes up for it!
Overall a nice military recreational and camping area. The trailer parking feels a little crowded, but very affordable. What is not affordable is their recreation rental rates, especially given this is a military venue - $60 a day for a kayak is not fair or reasonable. Really...
Fun day at the lake, Spent 9 hrs tubing and swimming. The military resort is wonderful. They have delicious burgers and the staff is the best in the business. I highly recommend a trip out to play if you are an authorized user!
Good time, every time. We have spent 5 summers soaking in all the time we could get here. We enjoy spending weekends in the cabins. They have boats and all kinds of water equipment you can rent. There is a Cafe where you can grab a drink and sine food. You can also buy some worms and enjoy fishing from the dock. We always enjoy the fishing there.
