It was q good clean camping ground. We enjoyed ourselves. Awesome ppl that runs it too! We'll be going back there again.
we actually just happened to come across it with out really looking for it. We really liked it and will be making a reservation at some point this summer.
We were exposed to have a summer picnic and it's didn't feel like a summer picnic and it felt like a spring/ winter picnic because it was cold/ rainy..
Very nice and affordable campground. The sites we had had nice shade as well. Enjoyed being by the river. We'll go again.
The area is fun to explore up to the reservoirs and if you take the time to drive toward the San Rafael Swell you'll find a few amazing spots with petroglyphs. The campground itself is ok, the spots are very hit or miss if they are private or have places to put a tent so be sure to do your research. The river that runs by the campground is lovely and they do have electricity at the pavilion and drinkable running water which is great!
