Located 74 miles east of Roseburg on Highway 138, turn north onto Road 60, the Windigo Pass Road. Proceed 4.5 miles and turn right onto Road 6000-958, the Kelsay Valley Road. The campground is at the. end of the road 1.5 miles.

Mostly a horse camp a couple of standard rv or tent sites no drinking water pit toilets are clean.

Probably the cleanest pit toilet I've ever seen. Camp sites are super close together so privacy is nonexistent.
