Love this place Old Southern Oak Trees of shade deer everywhere armadillo s had the whole place to mmyself late October
The turkey sink camping area is nice and quiet. There are trails behind every site making it easy to get to the bath houses. There is no playground in the turkey sink area but the discovery center is a short hike away and has a lot to offer for kids. We stayed for a bit over a week and had a great time. There are no sewer hookups here either.
Lovely camp with water & electric we did not need. Relaxing. Hikes right from camp. Bath house great.
Really nice campground. The sites are separated nicely, the tent pads are nice and pretty secluded compared to other State parks we've been to. The new restrooms with separate showers are really nice!
