Stayed here for 3 nights in early August of '23. Large park with plenty of spaces available. They have 30amp and 50amp available. Some pull through spots and a lot of back in spots. They have a nice sized pool, laundry room with washers and dryers (coin operated) and several shaded table and bench areas throughout the property. You can come and go as you please, no set hours. They have a store area where you can grab beer, candy, chips, etc. The one downside was the trains that run by pretty frequently. They're fairly loud but honestly didn't really bother us much. We're pretty sound sleepers so we didn't have any real issues although we did hear others complaining about them. We'd stay there again.
Everything was awesome!!! People complain about the train. I love it. We live next door to 3 tracks. Didn't bother me at all. If it bothers you, ask to be on the South side. Much less train noise. Great staff. Great bathrooms and showers. Pool and hot tub were great. Just love this place!!! Will go back!
We stayed here for a week in August. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the park is not without its quirks. There are several nice amenities at this park, including a pool and nice laundry facility and is, overall, a good deal for the money. We were surprised that the park was only perhaps 50% full when we were there. The people were friendly. Now onto the quirks: 1. As you've probably read in other reviews, there is freeway and train noise, but it really didn't bother us, though the trains are traveling at sufficient speed to shake your rig when they go by, but again it's not a deal breaker. 2. They changed the restroom door codes during our stay and did not inform us. 3. The pool is only open until 4:30 through the week, which could be very annoying to some people. 4. There is no enclosed dog park. 5. They put these ridiculous orange cones right in the middle of the roads in the way of tucks and RVs trying to make turns. 6. There is no parking lot near the laundry facility, so you have to carry your laundry a long distance to get to it. 7. There is an outright firearm prohibition, which I'm sure everyone ignores, but it's still ridiculous. Other parks generally say no open display or discharge of firearms. 8. They put us in a 'double' site due to our length, which we did fit into, barely, by parking our truck at an angle. They said they would have enough room to put another rig behind us if needbe, which is would be quite impossible unless that rig was no wider than a bicycle. Still, the site was fine for us. There was an active hornets nest in the electric box when we opened it, but we quickly dispatched them. We do recommend the park overall, but as you can see, it's not without its quirks...
It's a beautiful RV Park and Convenient right off I-5. There is a Space Age Truck stop with a convenient store and A&W burger place. I didn't stay at the RV Park was just visiting friends that were parked there. They have long term spots for your RVs and Tiny Homes. They sell the Tiny Homes that includes a spot to put them on. I don't know much about them but the few I saw were very nice. There is a huge open Barn that looks like it will store your RV.
Only negative for me was the long term and Tiny home spots were right close to the freeway. It's a really nice place.
Disappointed in our stay this time. We paid a 50.00 pet fee (for a cat). Could not get wifi in the spot we were given. Very disappointed that they were sold to RV Inn Style. We had enjoyed our times we spent there before. Do not think we will be going back.
