Early October gave us lots of sun but the park had TONS of bees. And there was algae in the water. Otherwise a really cool spot to spend the day. Would love to explore more.

Affordable Moorage, Camping and hospitable KOA Staff Service. We took a trip to LFSP for a couple days to run up the Palouse River for catfish. We didn't get into the catfish, but caught enough walleye for a couple really good fish fries! The ammenities were clean and well kept, park about half capacity and pretty quiet, and really good campsites, a covered wagon if you want something different.

Weekday during the first week of October...

Quiet. Very quiet.

Nice restroom stop in the middle of nowhere.

This picture is a small hike away overlooking Lyons Ferry.

Naturally beautiful, peaceful, scenic beach park along US 261 highway. Best for family getaway whether picnic or swimming/ boating activities. Parking is conveniently available, and accessible to physically handicap people. I like the washroom, clean and comfortable
