My wife and I stopped in here on our way through while traveling home from a two week vacation. Initially we intended on just getting a campsite but decided to inquire about a cabin in order to spend our last night of vacation in style. We drove past the cabins on the way in and they looked quite inviting. $300 a night with an $80 cleaning fee seemed a bit excessive to us but we were looking forward to stretching out and having our own facilities for a night. Initially we were pleased with the cabin when first walking in. That was quickly replaced by just how dirty the place actually was! There was moldy olives under the bed. Our socks turned black and were covered with hair, lots and lots of hair! The inside of the white door was black with hand prints. We showered and after the water dried on the bathroom floor it was brown. When we went to bed we had spiders crawling on us all night. There was a grill on the front porch that we intended to cook dinner on, it was so rusty and had moldy food stuck on it we ended up eating out. I can excuse the spiders, we were in a cabin in the woods after all. But if we are paying an $80 cleaning fee we would have expected some level of cleanliness! We checked in late and left before the office was open, not wanting to spend any more time as possible in the cabin. Since no one was available we emailed the management about our complaints. We are reasonable people and usually do not complain but for the cost this place it was absolutely gross. If Treetopia would have at least emailed us back or called us we would not be writing this review. But they did not even have the professional courtesy to even write back. Not a place we will ever deal with again.

Treetopia is a great campground. Clean and modern bathrooms, refreshing pool, and friendly staff. We came with a large family group and they ensured we all had a nice, relaxing stay. The patios with sun shades were really nice, especially with the rainy weekend we had. I would definitely return to treetopia in the future.

We had such a wonderful stay at Treetopia! Our 4 year old daughter loved the grounds, arcade/Rex room and the pool. We stayed in one of the tiny homes which was a fun family experience. The home was very clean and had all of our kitchen needs. Our daughter loved having her own loft bed all to herself. We will for sure be back again!

We had a great few days at Treetopia! The grounds are very well cared for and all of the staff are super friendly. The pool and bathrooms are super clean - the accessibility of an outdoor sink to clean dishes and nice laundry room was a plus! Our 2.5 year old loved the arcade, multiple playgrounds and sand box. We had two dogs with us and it was awesome how dog friendly it was. We wished we could have access to a closer lake to fish but otherwise it was a perfect stay!
