The woman who interfaced with us was beyond rude. Demeaning and power tripping more like. She barked orders ("Leave the door OPEN!"), insulted us, and finally price gouged, resulting in our exit. We arrived within office hours (and the Open sign on) without a reservation. That was our cardinal sin. Camp was almost empty. We were polite and deferrent, but disrespect is a redline.

EDIT: After reading others' experiences here and sleeping on it, I generally concluded that the woman here is in serious need of mental health counseling or has never met finite consequences for overt pathological behavior. The behavior we witnessed is that of a sociopath and a bully. Pure and simple. Steer clear.

Worst experience . We were having a birthday party for our handicapped son who lives at the Springbrook residential school. There were only 2 other campers there and we were told of some many rules and treated unprofessionally and with very little social skills. And that’s after a call was made ahead explaining our plan. Our party was quiet and ended at 7:30pm. Our daughters dog who is very well behaved was off his leash momentarily and still on our campsite . The next day after having a social conversation with Wendy she made the comment that as a former teacher we should have been able to follow the rules. Really? No one was even there and we were a respectful group. You ever try to raise a special needs child and look for a place for a small family birthday party? Don’t EVER go here .

My husband, and I had a wonderful stay at this campground. It was clean, quiet, and well kept. Wendy was extremely nice and helpful. She even welcomed us with a welcome bag with treats. This will definitely be our place to stay while visiting our daughter in college. Great rates, great location. A+

Stay#2 Another great stay! Thank you again Wendy, see you soon. A+++

We stayed here with our dogs to visit our daughter in college. This is a very clean and quiet campground. Making reservations and checking in was easy. They were very accommodating. We look forward to going back next season.
