Tn40Rv Campground

I’ve stayed on and off, @ Tennessee RV 40 campground since 2019. I have visited several other campgrounds in Tennessee and the surrounding states. Tennessee RV 40 is my favorite with laundry facilities on site new showers with hot water adult pool and kitty pool in the summer. They keep the property mowed And in spring and summer come around with the leaf blower and clean each site. Tennessee RV is located at a great spot in Lebanon Tennessee five minutes from I 40 However, it is very quiet at this campground by 9 o’clock year round! I have camped/ stayed there all four seasons and this seems to be true for all four. It is a kid friendly park where they post a 5 mph speed zone, and the people watch out for each other and their children. If you speed they will notice and you will be stopped . They are dog friendly as long as you pick up any droppings left behind , they have a kid playground and a humongous amount of campsites!

I was camping at Tn Rv 40,Early November 2023 . My two dogs were there, but I had stepped away from my campsite, not knowing that I had a recall on my Forrest river wolf pup . The shoreline cord going into my Rv Was under recall, and I did not receive the letter .

Per the Lebanon fire department/ Inspector report, and verbal discussion With the firefighters at the scene , Management/ maintenance and the other neighboring campers on site saved my RV. The fire department told me by the time they received the call , which they arrived at my Rv was four minutes later…. the community had the electrical fire under control using five or six fire extinguisher brought out of their own RVs and put my electrical out. The fire department said they did not have to get their hose and put any water to my RV, which was huge I had no water damage! What a great community they could’ve waited, but they chose to react. They saved my two dogs that was inside ! Unhooked and removed my propane tanks unhooked me at the electric campgrounds Pedestal! All the fire department had to do was to let the place cool down and do the investigation/report . The fire inspector said my RV, which is only 21 foot would have been burnt down within 4 to 6 minutes but this community right here, Contained the electrical fire damage to the plug. The refrigerator and the refrigerator vent going out the roof. I owe these people my life and I cannot wait to get back to Tennessee RV 40. Sometimes this spring! If I could give more than five stars, I would. I feel very safe staying at Tn Rv 40 !

I Highly recommend friendly, safe, family oriented a community that comes together at any given time To help. Very good good prices

The only other thing that could be better , would be to offer me a job LOL
