From I-40 E to Tinker AFB Air Depot/Gate 1 exit. On base.
Excellent value for the area. They were almost completely full in January when we were there. The day we called they had one spot left that would fit our 42 ft 5th wheel. It was tight getting in, but we made it. The people next to us had to move their vehicle in order for us to pull in and out. Laundry facilities were decent, only 50 cents each wash and dry! We would stay here again if in the area. 4 stars because of the tight fit.
As a retired Army veteran (11B for 22 years), I couldn’t recommend this place more. I’m an RV Tech and operate Wagon Wheel RV Repair, so I’m here a lot. Linda, the camp host/manager, is amazing with everyone that comes through. It’s a beautiful retrieve from the huddle and bustle of city or military life.
The campground was clean and offered full hook ups. It's a smaller fam camp with only about 30 sites. The U- shaped park combined with the parking layout made it challenging to navigate with a larger rig.
The sites are fairly level and have a picnic table. The campground is set on pond with park. Nice walkways for humans and dogs. Laundry room with 3 washers and dryers. 50¢ for each use. Bathrooms and ice maker. Library share. Mini exchange/gas station and Dominos next door.
Definitely go through Gott (truck) gate if you have a large rig and don't depend on the GPS not to route you through the base to get there. Ours took us through the main gate to "get to" Gott gate - not helpful LoL and watch out for the speed bumps in the camp, they are bone rattling in a truck.
