This recreation area is part of Heyburn Lake
I in joined it it's been a long time since I've been there definitely going back
Looks beautiful but wouldn't swim it ever again. Made a lot of memories here.
I don't recommend camping here. We came through the area motorcycle camping and needed a site for the night. Paid the $15 for a primitive site to set up camp and get some sleep. Everything was fine until about 11pm when carloads of kids started showing up to party. Needless to say, not much sleep to be had.
Clean and quite!!! The water and surroundings were very peaceful and relaxing. Looked like the dock was super east to get boats in and out!!!
