The Vista at the Lake 200 River Oaks Drive in Hot Springs, AR is located on beautiful Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, AR. It features 2200 linear feet on the lake with 80 campsites, lake cabins, swimming pool, places to grill, boat ramps and boat ramps.
Check in at the office. If the office is closed, go down the hill and follow the signs to your site. If you are staying in the 500's, go past the 300's down the hill, and the road to the left is the 500's
Would not recommend this campsite. Bad business practices by canceling paid reservations. Had reservations 10mo ago for the Eclipse. Business knew they could cancel and make more money. Karma comes to those who are greedy. Do not book this place!
No actual playground unless you consider 1950 playground equipment still safe. All the decks near lake have holes or bad boards so do the stairs. Pool isnt working. We called and spoke with Manager in April 2023 and she said they have a pool. They do not. Manager is too busy and has 5 other more important businesses and is rude and denys everything she says later. They have two very nice employees that try to take care of the place.
It has a one way parking but on a narrow two way street. They dont have a current working pool. She said site was able for 37 foot camper. We didnt have any room to walk on leaning deck behind. The sign was up next to our slide out. The manager was rude.
The place has TONS of potiential.
The Vista at the Lake is a privately own campground in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It offers great relaxation and good fishing spots and the Pool is AWESOME!!!!
Good Kayaking, lots of wildlife to been seen in the morning on the lake.
only 1 mile from the dam and 1 mile from the famous Sandbar!!!!
Above all that is the Owners are great!!!!
They strive everyday to keep everyone happy!!!
The Vista is kid and pet friendly, there are 2 shower houses for your convenience.
I have camped many places but the Vista is my favorite.
Our family had the pleasure of staying at The Vista at the Lake and it was a happy experience. From the serene surroundings to the excellent amenities, we were really was able to decompress.
The cabins and campsites are maintained well. Our cabin was recently renovated, and it provided a perfect blend of comfort and nature. The proximity to Lake Hamilton offers breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere that is truly rejuvenating.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and memorable. The community we attended gave us an opportunity to connect with other guests and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. We also had a great time visiting Crater of Diamonds State Park which is about an hour away. Digging for diamonds was an unforgettable an exciting learning experience.
