I enjoy the view. Has a penninsula style layout. I like the drive...it builds.

Not child inviting but plenty room to wonder and explore. Careful for the ant hills o' plenty.

Not at all like we had thought it would be. Pictures suggest there is a playground for the kids, well dont be fooled, there is none. A very rough and rocky road down hill to get to this place well off the beaten path. Vault bathrooms were disgusting, have been to better. So not worth it.

👍 Like this review if it helped you! 👍

This a great free campground with no water or electricity hookups (hence the "free" part). However, it has direct lake access, a boat ramp, bathrooms, and picnic table/grill/firepit setups at each of the sites. Got some great sunset views out on the lake and caught some largemouth bass for dinner! Will definitely be back!

Love the privacy of this cute little area. Really nice 1 mile drive off of the "main road". Great 360° views, and a nice campground with tenting sites right around the water. Great for canoeing or kayaking.
