Campground is bordering the Monongahela National Forest and nearly a mile of the North Fork of the South Branch Potomac and Big Run. Abundant springs, wild flowers, and lush open green spaces nestled in the valley floor at the base of Spruce Knob. This property sits at the confluence of the two watersheds listed above. Long term lease camp sites for RV's and campers available by application only. Short Term tent and camper sites. A primary goal of this campground is to create and facilitate camaraderie amongst anglers and outdoor enthusiasts, providing a family friendly nature filled atmosphere. This a private by reservation only campground with limited sites available. We like the thought of remaining low volume and catering to the needs of our customer base.

This incredibly beautiful campground offers everything you need for the perfect getaway weekend or vacation. Everything is well kept and the people are amazing. I’d give it more than five stars if I could.
Hands down one of the best camping and fishing experiences of my life!!! The owners are awesome people and the area is nothing shy of gorgeous. Truly feel very fortunate to have gotten to experience this little slice of heaven. And after a great day of enjoying the trout streams and amazing landscape, you can get a shower and return to your cozy campsite. I will be a returning guest for sure!!
Needed a quick getaway for a couple days in the WV mountains and The Trout Camp delivered! Clean & comfortable campsites & facilities, plus excellent hospitality from the hosts...even going the extra mile to accommodate our needs. Can't wait to go back!
