One of the nicer parks we have been to. Super friendly staff and the people here make you feel very welcome.

Pool is extremely clean and nice.

Yes, there is a dirt road leading to it, go slow. Yes there is a train nearby, but it isn't too bad considering how nice the park is .

We had a wonderful stay here! It’s a little gem in the desert & Pepper and Jim are just the nicest people! We arrived late & Pepper met us to guide us into our spot after 10pm. The place is really nicely maintained, quiet & reasonably priced. This was our first stop on a cross-country trip, first time in an RV & this was perfect for our first stop! I loved this spot, beautiful morning Mountain Views ♥️. Thanks for the nice stay, Pepper & Jim ⭐️

Highly recommend this park as a stop off almost in the middle of nowhere. 😀. The owners obviously take much pride in it as it’s one of the best kept rv parks I’ve ever been to.

Firstly, and importantly, Oasis RV Park at Aztec Hills IS in the middle of nowhere in the Arizona portion of the Sonoran Desert. I, like countless, have chosen to pass this gem, in a rush to Tucson or San Diego ... 'cept this time we stopped.

Called ahead and spoke with Pepper, met her later and she is simply a joy. Perfect. Love your bean cookies! Sorry we didn't met husband Jim.

Stayed in class C 30amp. Gravel surfaces. Great restroom and shower. Access to Bureau Lands

After stopping 2 more times since the above, this has become our "go-to" stop; an oasis in more ways than one.

And because of popularity, call ahead during snowbird days.😊

Let's hear it for Pep! 'Cause she's the best!

We stayed at the Oasis RV park on our way to and on the way home from our trip. We really liked this park. The owner Pepper was so friendly and helpful. She greeted us each stay and made sure we had everything we needed. The park is very clean we would definitely stay there again and highly recommended it. We had our dog with us and they have a nice open desert area behind the park to run her. Which was very nice after traveling in the Motorhome all day. The shower and restroom were very clean with nice hot water and great water pressure 👍😊
