The campground is clean. The pool is nice. Probably won’t be back though. It doesn’t feel as much like a family camping environment like we are used to. Our neighbors were up all night playing drinking games and were being so loud and cussing/dropping f bombs every other word. We couldn’t even sit outside and have a campfire. They don’t observe quiet time at all. This went on way after midnight.

I would not recommend having any birthday parties here. They ruined my daughter's birthday party by making us change shelters 25 minutes before the party ruining decorations and the party. They staff and office were extremely rude to our guest which were mainly kids and teenagers. We along with many others at the party will never book parties there anymore. Worst experience I have ever had at my kids birthday party. They didn't seem to care when we called to complain. We have been booking parties there for 25 years and will no Longer have anymore parties at homeplace!

I only visited the pool. This is a great place to take the family. Plenty of space in the pools. The parking is small and the space outside of the pool is small. They do serve food however expect a wait if they are busy. I highly recommend bringing your own food. Changing rooms were a good size but not very clean.

The pool is very kid friendly, snack bar, if the kids behind the counter would put there phone down, they could get more done. And how do you run out of chicken strips?? Really ?? Was out of two of my first choices of ice cream. And the girl selling snow cones stopped an hour early. Bathroom was not very clean to change in. My biggest complaint, 27 dollars for myself, 67 years old, no senior discount. Two granddaughters, 7 and 9 full priced at 9 dollars apiece. That's just to much. I no what the sign says entering, about bad weather, no refund. But when you've been there only 45 minutes, it thunders, pool is cleared, then told pool would be closing at 3:30, I ask the woman in the office, and the older lady that took my money was in there, I stated that I felt that a few free passes was in order, we hadn't been there long at all. The old woman just shook her head no. We don't give refunds. That's how you lose business. 💰 money hungry is what it is, I heard several people complaining. I was there on 7-25-23. Probably. My last time. John Wayne Lambeth

We take our kids to the pool. It's huge and the children always have a blast! A water slide, swinging rope and diving boards are there! Shallow and deeper water for every age to enjoy! The water is the PERFECT temperature. Cool enough to be refreshed on a hot summers day but not so cold you are miserable or freezing. Love it!
