The Creeks was a wonderful place to stay. I had fantastic neighbors and the community itself was very friendly. It is safe and quiet. It is pet friendly. There are places to walk dogs but no off-leash areas. My only suggestion for improvement is adding a dog park/ off-leash area because so many tenants have four legged travel buddies that need to run! I will definitely return to The Creeks if I work in this area again.
We have been coming here for several years now and the decline from RV Resort to RV Park is very evident. The staff is still friendly as ever, but long term folks staying have not kept the RV sites up and all the storage equipment takes away from feeling what the location use to have. Some areas are looking a little like housing projects gone bad. Been here two times in 5 months, the down hill slide is is obviously happening. Just a few samples and not as bad as some others in the back area.
Stayed 5 nights in a 5th wheel. FHU and cable, concrete pads were not level and the sites were a bit tight and no picnic table. We were opposite the pond that was very green with algae, didn't use the laundry but checked out the restrooms. The trash can between the restrooms was over flowing with garbage on the ground around it. The restrooms themselves were rather nasty - not clean and in need of an update. Road noise was loud as well as the permanent guests that leave around 6am every morning - including a dump truck that parked behind us. Overall, not somewhere I would camp at again.
Wasn't thrilled with this "resort" when we first got there, but it grew on us as the week went on. Pull through lots, no picnic tables or grills, A LOT of full time live-ins. Was quiet and since our "patio" faced the pond, we enjoyed some beautiful sunsets across the water and golf course. Staff is nice and they offer military discounts. Full hookups. Would go there again if I wanted an inexpensive stay for our 44ft 5th wheel.
