Not a nice place at all! Especially for families.... Very dirty and run down, especially where the residents reside in the dilapidated old single wide trailers which is where the bathrooms are located. I counted over 100 cigarette butts just walking to the bathrooms..... And to top it off 7:00am on Sunday we woke up to the sounds of a circular saw running at the office where they were working on the deck, not very relaxing at all! On a good note, the employees are nice and helpful which is why I didn't give it a 1-star review.
Beautiful location right by the beach! I was able to park right up along the river filled with lily pads. It was straight out of a dream! They have a small convenience shop that closes at 9 PM and the bathrooms were really nice. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe here.
You might want to hire a new manager before you get sued by your residents for theft.
Making up and falsifying electric bills is illegal. You have received your legal notification publicly if you had balls you'll reply with an address the police officer can serve you at.
Have a nice day
My husband and I have a wonderful time! It was our 4th anniversary. Very peaceful. We took our razor to ride on the beach, very short drive. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They are people who live there. Some noise in the the morning working on things. Overall the residents were nice. Will be going again next year with the camper and razor.
I was a tenant/employee at this park for 1 month thinking I found a great place to live after being homeless for a few months and was offered what sounded too good to be true of an offer. Susan hart acted as if she is an angel to the community when she is actually not. She has threatened me several time over things i wasn’t involved in. Has some of her tenants stalk other tenants and report back to her about everything which shows she hasn’t the control she thinks she has and her abuse of authority. The unit she let me move into was infested with both roaches and rats and one bit my dog, they are all over the entire park. Since she has had to pay hush money to me plus more to treat the problem. I tried to get pest control out there and she sent me multiple messages plus phone calls telling me why it wasn’t a good idea to do that.. she yells at all of her staff calling them several names when they make mistakes and some of her staff/tenants have disabilities. Buys dollar tree items and over prices them completely too high in mine and several others peoples books. I tested positive for Covid and called her to tell her but before I can say anything more she yelled at me saying Covid isn’t real it’s a stupid democratic flu and that I would be a stupid b. I t c h to believe it’s real.. She can’t properly train none of her staff cause she isn’t clear nor straightforward about the instructions. Not to mention the entire neighborhood hates that park for the amount of drug activities and fighting that happen consistently including the violence on elderly people. She has told me how she reported elderly abuse on someone she didn’t like to get them locked up and out of the park but She is against all the police coming into the park to do their job. Says she polices her own problems??!! I would never recommend camping nor living here to anyone… there are so many more place that are way more decent than this place. So do at your own risk.
