Wonderful place to stay....very clean laundry facilities, very clean bath rooms! Love the pavillion just to sit and watch the water on the canal! The staff is awesome! The grounds is very well kept. Beautiful landscaping.
Been here for 6 months so far, walking distance to post office, and stores. This park is very relaxing and well maintained. The laundry facility and bathrooms are well kept and updated. Nice paved roads throughout the park! Come and join us.
She had spaces available and the price was good no credit check no deposit until the end of the conversation and then she switched it up after I let her know that I have a registered service dog and then she was like o no we have a long waiting list and then since you have a dog she needs a deposit credit check and background check and the rent of your stay goes up..and $50 for a application fee per person non refundable and she would let us know when a spot was available… I was like What??? she just said she had spots available and said nothing about a deposit and gave me a set amount until my registered service dog was mentioned.. what there doing is wrong…
This place is terrible. Management is terrible, there attitude is horrible, between the owner gripping and maintaince( if you can wanna em that) ridding around all high and mighty pretending to do something. They have an above ground Walmart special pool.
There rate are the highest in town and not worth what there asking for.
Advice, stay away. There are at least 3 others that are better cleaner and cheaper.
It's a great, quiet place to stay. The best RV park in the Lake Panasoffkee area, in my opinion. I recommend it very highly.
